Their fight thus far has been futile because there simply isn’t a consistent method to prevent such piracy. Specifically, DVS has developed a data stick that would enable individual computer users to carry their preferences, settings and data files on a USB-enabled device that could be plugged into any computer. The stick would be secured by DVS technology and would not affect the settings of the computer platform and would be specific to the individual user so that security is maintained system. |
